Contact SupportCommon questions
How do rotating splits work?
Your plan follows an ordered sequence rather than being locked forever to calendar weekdays. If you complete a different split or rest unexpectedly, Splitline adjusts the upcoming sequence accordingly.
Why did my streak change?
Streaks increase when you complete scheduled workouts and are designed to respect planned rest logic in the app. Missing an expected workout day may reset the current streak.
Can I edit my program?
Yes. You can customize split names, reorder splits, and reset your program from the app’s settings or program management area.
Troubleshooting
- Force close and reopen the app if the current day looks out of sync.
- Make sure your device date and time are set correctly.
- Update to the latest version of Splitline from the App Store.
- If ads or consent prompts do not appear as expected, try relaunching the app after changing privacy permissions.
- If a workout completion or streak seems incorrect, contact support with your device model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened.
